Bereikbaarheid - Accessibility
Vanaf Grenoble is het nog ongeveer 60 minuten naar Oz. Vanaf Allemont in het dal doe je er nog ongeveer 15 minuten over voor je in Oz Station aankomt. Je kan op niet-overdekte parkeerplaatsen gratis parkeren (op sommige plekken kan je niet een hele week continu parkeren, dit staat ter plaatse aangeduid), maar bedenk dat je de auto dan misschien wel moet uitgraven bij grote sneeuwval en dat op zaterdag ook veel dagjesmensen gratis parkeerplaatsen inpikken. Je kan ook in een overdekte parkeergarage parkeren (betalend in het winterseizoen : weekkaart kost €50, verkrijgbaar bij het toerismebureau) De overdekte parkeergarage is gratis buiten het winterseizoen.
Voor het in- en uitladen is het toegestaan om op de verharde weg kort stil te staan ter hoogte van het Moontain hostel. Zorg dat je de toegang/toelevering van het hostel daardoor niet blokkeert! 1e mogelijkheid is bovenaan de lange trap kort stilstaan. 2e mogelijkheid is wat verder op de weg kort stilstaan en daar de langzamere treden naar beneden te nemen.
Het chalet ligt in de onderste rij chalets, vlak aan de bosrand.
From Grenoble it's about 60 minutes to Oz. From Allemont in the valley it takes about 15 minutes to get to Oz Station. You can park for free on uncovered car parks (some places do not allow continuous parking for a whole week, this is indicated on site), but remember that you might have to dig the car out in case of big snowfall and that on Saturdays, may day tripperss also take up free parkings spaces. You can also park in a covered car park (paying during the winter season: weekly ticket costs €50, available at the tourist office) The covered car park is free outside the winter season.
For loading and unloading it is allowed to stand still short time on the paved road near the Moontain hostel. Make sure you don't block the entrance/access to the hostel as a result! 1st possibility is to stand still short time at the top of the long stairs. 2nd possibility is to stand still short time a bit further down the road and take the slower steps down there.
The chalet is located in the lower row of chalets, close to the edge of the forest.

Navettes
Nu de lift Oz-Allemond operationeel is, zijn er alleen nog navettes om het dorp Oz en de tussenliggende gehuchten te verbinden met Oz Station. Kan eventueel handig zijn als je bv naar Oz dorp wandelt en terug wil met de navette.

Winter 2023-2024
Rijdt elk weekend tijdens schoolperiodes en elke dag tijdens schoolvakanties Informeer dus goed bij het toeristenbureau of je wel of niet in de schoolvakanties zit, want anders rijdt de navette enkel in het weekend.
